Starting January 15, 2012 until December 15, 2012, County Appraisers will start door-to-door review of real property in the Falling Waters, Gerrardstown and Town of Hedgesville districts. Maintenance review for additions and changes to Real Property will be conducted for ALL districts within Berkeley county throughout the year.

All Appraiser's drive vehicles clearly marked as Berkeley County Assessor vehicles AND each of the appraiser's carry a county identification badge w/photo. Any questions may be directed to: 304-264-1904.
